1. APPLICATION RANGE:

Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) EBLOCK with outstanding technical features such as: light, soundproof, insulation, fireproof. New material, manufactured by modern German technology, environmentally friendly, is a product of high economic efficiency, meeting the technical requirements as well as shorten the construction time for the building.

In order to support customers when using Eblock lightweight concrete bricks, this construction manual has been drafted to provide technical guidance, construction process notes and only applies to Eblock lightweight concrete bricks.

2. APPLIED STANDARD

Eblock lightweight concrete bricks are manufactured using German Autoclave technology, meeting the technical requirements of Vietnamese standards.

TCXD VN 316:2004 "Blocks of lightweight concrete - Specifications"

TCVN 9028:2011 " Mortar for lightweight concrete"

Depending on the design requirements and to meet the technical and aesthetic requirements pf the protect, the applicability of the EBLOCK lightweight concrete bricks, we will produce in different thickness sizes, suiable for all types os walls.

Eblock lightweight concrete brick pallt dimensions: Standard dimensions during pallt packing: 1,200mmx1,000mmx1,800mm (length x width x height). In fact, the way the tiles are laid on the pallt may not match the picture.
